* You can choose to pay for your order in 3 installments with no fees, thanks to our partner Klarna. It's very simple, you just need to select the option "pay with Klarna". The first payment is made right after the order, and the next two will be automatically charged at 30-day intervals.
Physical gift cards: Available in amounts of €50, €100, €150, or €200, they can be sent to the person of your choice. They are delivered by post in a lovely envelope to the address you provide and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. They can be used for multiple transactions, exclusively on our website.
E-gift cards: Available on our website in amounts of €50, €100, €150, or €200. The person you’re gifting it to will receive the e-gift card by email with a personal message. They are valid for 1 year from the date of your choosing, can be used for multiple transactions, and can be used exclusively on our website.
Using a gift card is very simple: each gift card (physical or digital) comes with a code that you need to enter in the "discount code or gift card" box at checkout. The amount of the gift card will automatically be deducted from your cart.
Your card is valid for 1 year, exclusively on our website, and can be used for multiple transactions. To check the balance of your gift card (physical or e-card), contact us at [email protected], providing the code of your gift card.
It is possible to return an order paid with a gift card. The refunded amount will automatically be credited back to your gift card. If the amount to be refunded exceeds the balance on your gift card, we will refund the difference using the original payment method.

We offer you a 10% discount code on your first order, with no minimum purchase. To receive your discount code, you have to subscribe to our newsletter. You will then receive a confirmation email with a code that you’ll need to enter in the “discount code or gift card” box at checkout.
If you don't receive the email right away, don’t worry: it may take a few minutes to arrive. Also, make sure to check your spam folder!
It is not possible to combine multiple discount codes on a single order.
If your discount code isn't working, make sure you haven't made any mistakes when entering the code in the "discount code or gift card" box at checkout. If the discount code still doesn't work, please contact us by email at [email protected].
Once your order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to apply a discount code.
If it’s the welcome discount code, it cannot be applied to another order, as it is only valid for the first one. If it’s another discount code, you can apply it to your next order if the associated conditions allow it.
Cancellation: Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to cancel it.
Modification: Orders can be modified within two hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at [email protected].
Please note that orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day. If the order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel or modify it, you can simply refuse the delivery. It will be automatically returned to us and processed by our returns service within 10 days.
Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address linked to your Louise Damas account.
You can track the status of your order at any time on our website by logging into your personal account in the "Orders" section.
The invoice is not included in the package; it is sent by email after your order is confirmed. If you would like a duplicate, please contact us by email at [email protected].

Delivery in Mainland France:
Colissimo pick-up (1-3 business days): FREE
Standard home delivery with signature (2-5 business days): €7.50
Express delivery in France (24h if the order is placed before 1 PM): €12
Courier delivery within Paris (in 3 hours between 9:30 AM and 6 PM)*: €15
* Courier delivery is made the same day if the order is placed before noon, on business days only. A 3-hour time slot (between 9:30 AM and 6 PM) will be agreed upon by phone. All necessary information for hand delivery must be provided: address, entrance code, building number, apartment number, etc.
Delivery in Europe
Pickup point delivery is free in Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and Portugal.

Delivery in the rest of the world

Some countries may apply customs fees in certain cases, including the UK, Switzerland, Canada, and Brazil, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that during sale periods or the holiday season, order preparation and delivery times may be slightly extended.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that will allow you to follow your package's progress on the carrier's website.
Your tracking number is also available in your Louise Damas account under the "Orders" section.

If you've made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us by email at [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to modify the address (as long as it's within the same country as the originally provided address).
For all orders, taxes and customs fees are not included in the price of the jewelry.
Depending on the regulations of your country, customs fees may be requested by the carrier at the time of delivery.
To verify that your order has been processed, log in to your personal account ang go to the "Orders" section. There, you'll find the status of your order. By clicking on the tracking number, you'll be redirected to the carrier’s website to track the progress of your package.

Please note that during sales or holiday periods, order preparation and delivery times may be slightly extended.
All our creations are handmade in Paris, which is why they may sometimes show slight imperfections inherent to our artisanal production process. Occasionally, defects may escape our attention. In such cases, please contact us by email at [email protected], attaching photos of your piece, and we will replace it as soon as possible.
RETURN & REFUND
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind.
To return one or more items, please make a return request on our return portal.
Mainland France and Europe:
Returns for exchanges or store credit are free in France and Europe. Returns for refunds are at your expense (€7).
Items must be in the same condition as when you received them (unworn) and must be returned in their original packaging. Once we receive the compliant return, we commit to refunding the returned products within fourteen (14) days. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
International and French Overseas Territories:
Returns are only for refunds and are at the customer's expense.
To make a return, please print the return slip available on the return portal and include it in your package. Please note that returns without a return slip cannot be processed within the usual timeframe.

We recommend choosing a tracked shipment to avoid any incidents of loss or theft. Once the package is received, we will proceed with the refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unworn. Personalized jewelry cannot be returned.

Online orders must be returned exclusively by postal mail.
Once the jewelry has been received and its condition verified, we will proceed with the refund of your order (excluding shipping costs). The refund will appear in the bank account used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your return.
PRODUCTS & COLLECTIONS
If the piece you had your eye for is no longer available, sign up for the stock alert directly on the item’s page. As soon as it’s back in stock, we will send you an email to notify you.
We are committed to creating our jewelry under responsible and sustainable conditions, which is why we produce our pieces in limited quantities to avoid overstocking. If you fall in love with one of our creations, don’t wait too long!
We communicate all our launch dates (including previews!) through our newsletter and our Instagram account. Subscribe so you don't miss anything!
Our archive sales take place twice a year, both on our website and at the Passage Doré store. These sales feature past collections that we have discontinued and are sold at discounted prices.
We are committed to producing fairly and responsibly, which is why we create our jewelry in limited quantities. However, we hold Archive sales twice a year where we sell the jewelry that we have discontinued at reduced prices. To stay informed about our Archive sales, sign up for our newsletter and/or follow us on our Instagram account.
To know which size to choose, you need to determine your finger circumference. Take a piece of string, wrap it around your finger (without tightening it), and mark where the two ends meet. Then, lay it flat and measure its length using a ruler.

Note: If your size is slightly smaller or larger than these measurements, don’t worry - our rings are adjustable to fit everyone. If you’re unable to adjust it yourself, visit a jeweler who can help you.

During manufacturing, we make sure that our earrings are as lightweight as possible, so they can be comfortably worn all day (or night!).
Each piece of jewelry is carefully placed in a magnetic flap box designed to protect and store your new item. This packaging is made from 95% recyclable materials and contains no plastic.
For parcel delivery, everything is sent in discreet cardboard packaging.
To receive a gift bag with your order, add it to your cart at checkout. Our gift bags are priced at €1 each.
Our gift bags are FSC certified and made from paper sourced from sustainable forests.
CUSTOMIZE A JEWEL
We offer customization for certain necklaces, bracelets, and bookmarks exclusively on our website for a fee of €10. Here’s how to do it:
Choose your jewelry to engrave in the "Personalizable" section.
Select “Engrave my jewelry.”
Write your message, preview the engraving, and modify it until you achieve the perfect result.
Confirm the customization to add it to your cart with the jewelry (don’t forget to review your message before finalizing your order).
Complete your order.
Please note that the shipping times for orders containing a customized jewel may be slightly extended (1-2 business days). Customized jewelry is not eligible for returns.

CARE & REPAIR
Jewelry also needs a break, so store it in its box before going to bed. You'll find them sparkling the next day after your beauty routine.
Avoid getting your jewelry wet! If they escape your attention, wipe them with talcum powder and a soft cloth to maintain their shine. They can be cleaned with alcohol and a soft cloth as well.

If you would like to have your jewelry repaired, please email us at [email protected], including a photo of your piece. Our repair service will promptly get in touch with you to provide instructions on how to proceed.
If you wear your jewelry daily, the gold plating may lose its luster over time. To make it shine as brightly as before, we offer a free gilding service for the first time, followed by a paid service depending on the jewelry model.
If you would like to have your jewelry re-gilded, please email us at [email protected], including a photo of your piece. Our re-gilding service will promptly get in touch with you to provide instructions on how to proceed.
Once your jewel is received by our team, you will need to wait 6 to 8 weeks to have it returned to you like new.

If you forgot your password, go to the "Account" section, enter your email address and click on "Forgot password."
You will receive an email with a link to reset it. It may take a few minutes to arrive, so please also check your spam folder!
If you want to update your information, log in to your account. There, you can modify your billing and shipping addresses, password, and email address.

This ensures the regulation of manufacturing processes and adherence to a list of societal and environmental commitments. The workshop operates in a closed circuit: 100% of wastewater is treated and reused, and no substances are released into nature.

The 24-carat gold we use to plate our jewelry is 100% recycled and certified by the Responsible Jewelry Council (RJC).
This label ensures transparency throughout the entire supply chain for consumers: it provides information about the origin of raw materials, guarantees fair working conditions for employees, and certifies a reduced ecological impact.

We currently use 80% recycled materials to create our jewelry:
100% recycled tin (sourced from the European Union, processed in France)
40% recycled brass (sourced from the European Union, processed in France)
We use 100% recycled brass for all our rings and bangles. However, our chains, clasps, and findings are not yet made from recycled brass.
100% recycled gold (processed in France)
We apply the same rigor to our packaging: 95% of our packaging is recyclable and contains no plastic. Since the end of 2023, we have been developing new packaging to ensure it is 100% recycled and recyclable (currently, the foam support in our boxes and the closure magnet are not). Our gift bags are also FSC certified and made from paper sourced from sustainable forests.
